About the brand

Vokèra boilers

Vokèra, now trading as Vokèra by Riello, has supplied UK domestic boilers for long enough to leave a sizeable installed base behind it. Ninja Plumbers sees them across London in properties where the boiler was replaced sometime in the 2000s or 2010s, and the current range is still active and supported.

The Vokèra range

Vokèra sits within Riello, the Italian heating group, hence the name Vokèra by Riello on newer boilers. It sells combi, system and heat-only gas boilers in the value-to-mid market, and installers fitted them in large numbers through the 2000s and 2010s, which is why so many turn up in London flats and terraces. Older models include the Mynute, Linea and Compact, and on many of those, age is now the main question.

Why does the hot water from my Vokèra combi go hot and cold?
Several things cause it, and we would rather check than guess. Limescale on the hot water side is a common one in London, and a sticking diverter valve can do the same. A combi also needs a minimum flow to keep the burner lit, so a tap barely open can make the temperature cycle.
Do you repair and service Vokèra boilers?
