We built the business around the things a lot of trades treat as optional — turning up when we said we would, pricing before the work rather than after, and leaving the place clean enough that you'd struggle to prove we'd been there.

Who we are

A dedicated plumbing team, not a side job

Ninja Plumbers exists to do one thing well: plumbing, heating and drainage across London, carried out by our own engineers rather than passed to a sub-contractor. Being focused on that one job is what lets us hold the standard we set for ourselves.

That means the things a lot of trades treat as optional — turning up on time, quoting before the work rather than after, and clearing up so thoroughly you'd struggle to prove we'd been there at all.

Our base is the Fulham office, and engineers work out across Greater London from there — for homeowners, tenants, landlords, managing agents and commercial premises alike.

How we work

What we can put our name to

Six plain claims, and we can back up every one of them.

  • Gas Safe registered

    Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers and certificated where the job requires it. Ask to see the card on the doorstep — any engineer should be glad to show it.

  • Fully insured

    Every job we do is covered by our insurance, so if something on your property goes wrong, you're not left carrying the cost.

  • DBS-checked engineers

    Our engineers are DBS checked. That matters when someone is coming into your home, and more so in tenanted and managed buildings.

  • Price agreed before we start

    You get a price for the work before an engineer begins. If something behind the wall changes the job, we stop and talk to you rather than press on and bill you for it afterwards.

  • F-Gas certified

    Work on the refrigerant side of air conditioning is restricted by law to F-Gas certified businesses and engineers. We hold that certification, so installation, servicing and repairs are done legally.

  • Workmanship guaranteed

    We stand behind the work we do. If something we fitted or repaired is not right, call the office and we will come back and put it right.

    Full bathroom fits, showers, wet rooms and toilets.

  • Damp and condensation

    Surveys first, then the fix that matches the cause.

  • Electrical

    Registered electricians: emergencies, EICRs, fuse boxes, rewires and EV chargers.

  • Air conditioning

    Fitted, serviced and repaired by F-Gas certified engineers.

  • Appliances and fixtures

    Softeners, boiling taps, pumps and more, fitted properly.
